My APPROACH
Every project is unique and it deserves a tailor-made approach.
To ensure its success specific milestones are needed, such as a solid definition of objectives
and an iterative understanding of both user and business contexts.
I love facilitating co-design journeys, using the power of collaboration to envision future concepts and formulate hypotheses and iteratively build prototypes to reach their feasibility, viability, desirability and sustainability.
During the implementation phase, my role usually shifts to guarantee consistency
with what has been designed and monitor the impact of the solution/intervention through metrics previously defined.
