DESIGN
(RESEARCH & STRATEGY)
My APPROACH
In my design work I adopt a structured and iterative approach that generally consists of 6 macro-steps. It flows from the definition of objectives, through the understanding of the context both from user and business perspectives. The learnings are used in an iterative solution co-design journey, through which hypotheses are formed.
Experiments are run to validate solution hypotheses and further iterate. During the implementation phase, my role usually shifts to guarantee consistency with what has been designed and monitor the impact of the solution/intervention through metrics previously defined.

The following projects have been selected to showcase all the different working areas I have contributed to in my latest years.
Since I started my design career in 2016, my responsibilities have grown from hands-on working to leading and empowering teams and stakeholders.

AWARDS

As part of the Sketchin team that won these 2 DRIVENxDESIGN awards in early 2022 and one IF design award 2023, I feel proud of the teamwork that enabled the great outcomes and the long-lasting collaboration with INPS (the Italian Social Security and Welfare Administration).
Have a look at them from the DRIVENxDESIGN website and let me know what you think!
