Challenge

Help an innovative e-bike company improve and scale their maintenance services around the world needed to serve the 1B customers set as their strategic objective.

The approach

A mixed approach made of business empathy and hypothesis-driven design enabled me to identify possible viable solutions and experiments to validate the riskiest assumptions. It consisted in 4 steps:

OUTPUT & OUTCOME

The output consisted of:

  • a new maintenance service concept with relative business model

  • a list of problems/solutions assumptions related to the concept

  • a viability prototype/estimation

  • a series of experiments drafted to validate the riskiest assumptions

The outcome was a new approach to business problems that can be applied to other any challenges
